Do you enjoy styling outfits for little ones—from newborns to preteens? If so, you might be a perfect fit for our team.
Madisonn Ave. is a well-loved children’s boutique known for its curated selection of clothing and gifts for young girls.
In this role, you’re more than a salesperson—you’re a trusted style guide. Families visit us for a personalized, high-touch experience, and they count on you to help them choose the perfect looks for everything from milestone moments and school days to holidays and everyday wear.
WHAT YOU GET:

- Pay - $9-$10 for no experience high school students. $13-$15 for retail experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Above all, we want you to be passionate about children’s fashion and helping others find the best clothes and gifts to fit their specific child.
- You’ll receive training on processing transactions, using the point-of-sale system, tagging merchandise, and handling other day-to-day store operations.
- Enthusiasm for our work and a desire to keep learning and improving.
- At least 15 years old and have reliable transportation.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Any new hire will be expected to close the store minimum 2x per week
- A friendly, outgoing attitude is essential—you’ll be expected to acknowledge and welcome every customer as soon as they arrive.
