BILLING: 

 

 

What credit cards do you accept? 

All major credit cards and debit cards including Discover and Amex. You can also use Paypal, Affirm, Shopify Pay and a handful of others. 

Do you charge sales tax? 

Yes. Sales tax is automatically charged based on our local rates. It is not profit for us. It is collected on behalf of the government. 

My order is not going through?!?

You can always reach out to us at manager@madisonnave.com to help process. 

First, check your billing address and credit card number are correct. Make sure your card is not expired. For a debit card, check there are sufficient funds.

If you try an alternate method, such as Affirm or Paypal, try a credit card and see if the order goes through. 

GIFT CARDS: 

 

 

How do I purchase a gift card? 

We only do digital gift cards when bought online. You receive a code in an email. You can send it as a gift to anyone.

Where can I use a gift card? 

You can use online or in our physical store in Woodstock, Georgia. 

**Returns and Exchanges are given back as store credit. That store credit is done by a digital gift card.

SHIPPING & TRACKING: 

 

 

How do I know an order went through? 

You'll receive an automatic message after purchase. Inside is your receipt and potentially a tracking number. If not, you'll receive a separate email with tracking number when item ships. 

How soon are items shipped out to me? 

We try and ship within 3-5 business days (even sooner). Once items are picked up by our carrier, they're scanned in and you should receive a tracking number. We also have a tracking number to see where package is. If package shows delivered, but you don't have it, please reach out to the carrier. 

What if my items are damaged before/when I receive them?

Can you deliver to apartments or PO Boxes? 

Of course. Make sure your apartment number or PO Box number is clearly written and correct in "SHIPPING" at checkout. 

What if I need to change my order before shipping? 

Email us ASAP at manager@madisonnave.com. If you change after items are shipped, items become an "exchange" based on rules below. 

How do I do local pickup?

Parking can be a problem in Downtown. 

If necessary, you can do a few things: 

1. There is a 15 min parking spot in front of our store, you can use that. 

2. You can park on side of building in commercial, put flashers on and come pick up. (Please do NOT shop too while in this spot, only for quick pickup). 

3. Call us when you're in front of store, and we will run out with your order :)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: 
What are your policies on Returns? 
RETURN POLICY: 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items showing wear and tear, spills, etc. will NOT be accepted. 
  • You can receive back store credit for the full amount that never expires and can be used on any items. (store credit acts as a gift card)
  • The customer is responsible for shipping items back and paying for shipping. You may return in-store for free, of course.
  • You must send the receipt back with return.
  • If the mistake is on our end, we happily will pay for shipping costs & give a full refund.
  • Items on clearance (they're discounted on website) are FINAL. No returns.

*We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.

 

 

What are your policies on Exchanges? 

Exchanges work the same as a Return in many ways. 
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase

  • The customer is responsible for shipping items back and paying for shipping. You may exchange in-store for free, of course.
  • You must send the receipt back with exchange.
  • If the mistake is on our end, we happily will pay for shipping costs
