Return/Refund Policy

you agree to these Return/Refund Policies. 
 
We are a small business. Most small businesses (especially retail boutiques) have very limited cashflow. It'd be extremely difficult for us to run our business if we had people receiving cash refunds every single day. 
The reason is most money received each day goes back into buying inventory. Cycle repeats. 
That's why, for us... and many small businesses... we only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. And we only do it for store credit.
RETURN POLICY: 
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items showing wear and tear, spills, etc. will NOT be accepted. 
  • You can receive back store credit for the full amount that never expires and can be used on any items. (store credit acts as a gift card)
  • The customer is responsible for shipping items back and paying for shipping. You may return in-store for free, of course.
  • You must send the receipt back with return.
  • If the mistake is on our end, we happily will pay for shipping costs & give a full refund.
  • Items on clearance (they're discounted on website) are FINAL. No returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY: 
"What if the size is wrong?" "What if I change my mind and want a different item?"
That's ok. Exchanges work the same as a Return in many ways. 
  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items showing wear and tear, spills, etc. will NOT be accepted. 
  • The customer is responsible for shipping items back and paying for shipping. You may exchange in-store for free, of course.
  • You must send the receipt back with exchange.
